I like this one a lot. It feels like a set up for a whole series of swaps. Oh, and if he's a swap-spell dealer, then I'm sure if he needs to he can find a large male body to come back and kick anyone's butt who messes with him in a petite body.
It's kind of an unspoken logic I have to most of my caps (and they're not absolute rules either). I think the thing that makes this swap dealer (and most others) extra hard to find - he's not always in the same body. I'd imagine he would need some muscle when he's in some of the petite ones.
