I expect Knisley wants to have her cake and eat it too. To her, Wyatt is her employee and she'll treat his body like she treats anything else she owns. Why would she settle for the pleasure of one body when she can have the feelings of two sexually satisfied bodies?
That being said, Wyatt's probably not going to be cool with that, so he'd at least try to take the power of swapping away from his boss. He might get control while in his body, or he might do it while he still has Knisley's. Time will tell...
The way I see it, Knisley now has the means to live the sexual satisfaction of two bodies, so she's probably going to be hopping back and forth. It sounds like fun for her, unless Wyatt works out how she's swapping and how to get control of it.
