There is a certain comedy to this stories(and a lot of your stories really) insistence that Self Control and the ability to just go without indulging basically don't exist and one has to inevitably give in to any arousal they feel.
Like... No you're not so horny that you absolutely have to basically give into your bodies every whim and can in fact just... not do it. Normal people do as such all the time. Hell hormonal teenagers who are most likely to "Lose Control" due to their hormones being at an all time high can control themselves and abstain all the time.
Everyone just comes off as unregulated people who just indulge every whim and craving they have without a drop of self control or regard for anyhting but their own pleasure.
Here's hoping Samantha and Derrick don't make Pete and Ericka parents in High School since I doubt any of the whim chasing Hedonists in the story actually pay any mind to protection.
