Yeah, I really like the idea that she's so vain, that she acts nice to whoever is in her body. Definitely a few lessons for Sean to teach her while they're swapped.
The way I would take an extended swap could go the route of Catalina losing her mind over not getting the body she worships back, but with Swap Class - I'd like them to actually learn something. It would be great if Sean got to learn about why Catalina has this attitude, but also for Catalina to have a lesson in how she's has more value than just being a hot chick. If there were delays, the longer they stayed swapped the more potential they have to learn from an interesting pairing.
